Pile driving: where every build starts
Before there is a floor, a roof or a lift, there are piles driven into the lake bed from a work barge.
Three of the Twin Lakes job videos show this stage: the barge with the driving rig, the crew guiding each pole into place, and the grid of piles standing in the water afterwards. It happens in every season. The Serenity Shores piles went in on January 12, 2026, and two days later the floor system was already on them.

From a work barge

September 2025, January 2026, June 2026: piles went in on three jobs across three seasons.

At Serenity Shores the floor framing followed the piles two days later.
