Boat lifts, set in a slip built for them
Lifts go in once the roof is on, in a slip sized around your boat, and the job is left ready for electrical.
On a Twin Lakes boathouse the lift is part of the plan from the first pile. The slip is laid out for your boat, the roof is built high enough for it, and the lift goes in near the end of the build. The job posts mark the moment plainly: "Boatlifts are installed. Ready for electrical." And the service does not stop there: one owner writes that Burwell came back after completion to troubleshoot their lift.
